Commission Terms & Conditions — Hero Marketer Limited
Commission Eligibility & Payment
Commission is payable to the introducing sales representative solely in respect of active, paying clients introduced by that representative. Commission accrues on a monthly basis for monthly subscription agreements and in accordance with the milestone schedule for annual agreements, as set out herein.

For commission to be processed within the current calendar month, the corresponding client payment must have been received and funds fully cleared by the 14th of that month. Where funds clear after the 14th, commission will be carried forward and processed in the following month's payment run. Hero Marketer Limited accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
Annual Agreements — Commission Schedule
For clients entering into a 12-month subscription agreement, commission shall not be paid on a monthly basis. Instead, commission will be disbursed in two equal instalments as follows:

First instalment (50%): payable once six (6) full calendar months have elapsed from the client's subscription start date, subject to the client's account remaining active and all payments being in good standing.

Second instalment (50%): payable upon successful completion of the full 12-month contract term, subject to the same conditions. No commission shall be payable in respect of any period following early termination of an annual agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing by Hero Marketer Limited.
Cessation of Commission & Reserved Rights
Commission will cease immediately and without further notice upon the cancellation, expiry, or termination of a client's subscription, for any reason whatsoever. Hero Marketer Limited shall have no obligation to pay commission in respect of any period following the date on which a client's subscription lapses or is cancelled.

Hero Marketer Limited reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to amend, vary, suspend, or withdraw these commission terms at any time. Any such changes will be communicated to affected sales representatives with reasonable notice where practicable. Continued participation in the sales programme following notification of a change shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms. Nothing in these terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, or agency between Hero Marketer Limited and any sales representative.
This document is intended for internal use by authorised sales representatives of Hero Marketer Limited only. It does not constitute a legally binding contract and is subject to the terms of any separate written agreement in place between Hero Marketer Limited and the relevant sales representative.
